Product Warranty

Solar City Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd warrants the customer that each module will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal application, installation, usage and service conditions for a period starting from the Warranty Start Date. If any module fails to conform to the warranty in above, Solar City Energy Solutions will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the module free of any charges within the given warranty period.

Performance Warranty

Performance warranty guarantees a certain percentage of the panel’s production capacity at different intervals. Solar panels lose their production capacity over time. Over several decades, a solar panel is expected (max. digression in performance of 0.55% p.a.) Of its original production value.

Service Warranty

Over the time period of product warranty, within the period of service warranty, as the installer in case of fault of the system we are obligated to offer the service, and technical support free of charge for any of the services within the given warranty Period.Customers should be payable for the spare parts, components and other materials which are being replaced for the solar PV system.
